By accessing and using Ampy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Ampy provides a platform for converting executive LinkedIn posts into Thought Leader Ads targeted to specific accounts and buying roles. We manage campaign setup, targeting, and reporting.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service
• Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Ensure you have rights to the content you promote

4. Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly and include platform management plus your advertising spend budget. Founding member pricing locks in at the current rate. Payment is due upon invoice receipt.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

6. Limitation of Liability

Ampy is not liable for campaign performance, LinkedIn platform changes, or results. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
